現場の組み込み – プローブカードの取り付け

このフェーズは、お客様が最初の品物、プローブカードを受け取った時から始まります。UcPROSのお客様サポート標本が、現場でお客様とともに作業をして、初期生産での使用に先立ち、プローブカードの機能性と動作を有効にします。

 

    * 製品トレーニング – ブレードランナーとT1/T2 モジュール1の現場のトレーニング – 選定された生産スタッフのための導入と通常の注意。
    * 初期デザインの受け入れ検査 – 目視と電気的な検査が実行されて、受け取った際に、プローブカードが完全であることと、度量衡パッケージソフトへの組み込みを確かめます。

·         製品の文書化 - 直接関係のあるアプリケーション・ノート、技術情報、業務記述、製品ノート、サービス・マニュアル、参照ガイドおよびプローブカード仕様書全てを含むCDは、各最初の品物、プローブカードの発送品に含まれており、最初のプローブカードが受け取られた時にレビューされます。

    * プローブ工程の設定 - 新しいプローブカードのデザインの初期実行のために、UcPROSは以下の支援を提供することにより、プローブカードの設定を最適化するお手伝いをします:

·        焼けた先端防止

·        プローバ設定

·        プローブ先端調節

·        プローバを使った平面性の確認

·        プローブカードの熱のふるまい

·        初期のこすり洗い品質

·        関連試験 (お客様から提供されたウェファー)

·         洗浄プロトコルと手順 -  UcPROSの承認された洗浄の方法論、および与えられたアプリケーションに基づく適切な洗浄方法の識別の発表とレビュー

·         初期生産性能 - 初期生産組み込みを監視して、次の点検を実行します:

·  用具 (プローバ、光学式)の提供を受けたお客様とともにプローブ先端の目視検査を実行します。

·  適用可能な用具の提供を受けたお客様とともにCRE測定を実行します。

·  洗浄の有効性を評価します。

On-site Integration – Probe Card Installation

This phase commences when the customer receives the first article probe card.  UcPROS’s Customer Support Representative will work on site with the customer to validate the functionality and operation of the probe card prior to use in initial production.

 

·        Product Training – On site training of BladeRunner & T1/T2 Module 1 - Introduction and Routine Care for designated production staff.

·        Initial Design Incoming Inspection – Visual and electrical inspections will be performed to confirm the probe card integrity and integration into the metrology suite when received.

·         Product Documentation - A CD containing all pertinent Application Notes, Technical Bulletins, Service Notes, Product Notes, Service Manuals, Reference Guides, and probe card specifications is included with each first article probe card shipment and will be reviewed when the first probe card is received.

·        Probe Process Setup - For the initial implementation of a new probe card design, UcPROS will help to optimize the set up of the probe card by providing assistance with the following:

·        Burnt Tip Prevention

·        Prober Setup

·        Probe Tip Alignment

·        Planarity Verification using the prober

·        Probe Card Thermal behavior

·        Initial Scrub quality

·        Correlation Testing (Wafers provided by Customer)

·         Cleaning Protocols and Procedures - Presentation and review of UcPROS’s approved cleaning methodologies and identification of appropriate cleaning methods based on the given application.

·         Initial Production Performance - Monitor the initial production integration and perform the following checks:

·  Perform visual inspection of probe tips with customer provided tools (prober optic).

·  Perform CRES measurement with customer provided tools where applicable.

·  Evaluate cleaning effectiveness.
